Hello ! I am Vega Roster, an artist illustrator and I love drawing characters in sci-fantasy world.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions written here.

Commissions are for personal use only. Reproducing my commissions for commercial use is not permitted.
I reserve the right to use any commissioned artworks for self-promotion/samples. Let me know beforehand if you want to make it private.
Do not claim my work as your own nor trace over my work as “base.”
Payments are made for digital products that will be delivered digitally, there is no physical delivery.
Notify me before the commission if you have a specific deadline.
I reserve the right to decline any commission without any explanation.

Send me the type of commission (LINEART • FLAT COLORS • FULL RENDER ⨯ portrait • half-body • full-body) and details about your character (physical description, accessories, colors, clothes, personality, backstory, etc). Be as specific as possible and attach visual references.
If I accepted your submission, I send you an email summarizing & confirming the details of the submission and the price.
Once you accepted the summary, I'll ask for full payment. I start working after the payment has been received.
Then I send you a rough sketch for validation with 2 free edits (character pose, details, etc).
Next, I send you the lined and flat-colored version with 1 free edit (colors, small details).
Finally, I send you the HD full sized image in JPEG, PNG and (PDF if wanted).

Payment via Paypal, in EUR. Paypal tax (+4%) may be added to the price. (Paiement par virement bancaire possible pour la France).
The price may increase depending on the complexity of the commission (outfits, armor, tattoos, wings, etc.).
Major changes will incur extra charge.
No refunds unless I cannot finish or I have not started your commission yet.

Here are the base prices for a single character. Depending on complexity of the design, the price may increase (outfit, armor, tattoos, wings, etc).
Additional character : +75%
Background : simple color included for free.
Background : photobashing +10€.
